DataPager Crashes when Empty Query parameter present in the URL

Has it been reported that the DataPager crashes in QueryString Mode if there is an empty QueryParameter (Two consequtive ampersands, for example: &&).

In these situation the Request.QueryString collection is populated with values with Key as null. Looks like the DataPager does not expect a null key value and crashes with a Null reference exception.

In ideal situation, this is not likely to happen.

I am not sure where to report a bug about these controls. Hopefully this will reach the right people.
