File Upload control error....

hi..

I just add file upload control to my site.

I'm getting this error.. what to do?

The error:

Error 1 It is an error to use a section registered as allowDefinition='MachineToApplication' beyond application level.  This error can be caused by a virtual directory not being configured as an application in IIS.

next question about this control...

on the file browse how can I tell him that the deafult will be on *.htm / *.html files

and that the upload is only for those kinds of files... other types of file will not be able to be upload...
