I just ran across a fantastic step-by-step walkthrough of how to manage IIS7 remotely from Windows Vista, written by Dave Lawlor over at Train Signal Training. There is also an article on IIS.NET which gives a pretty good overview of how to setup Remote Administration and Delegation. By the way, the remote administration tool also works great on Windows XP and Windows 2003!
