Need Help in Creating A link Button to a selected value in DropDownList.

Hi,

I have a Database with a link to a file (just the path of the file).

I want to make a link button which when I select from DropDownList a file name and press on the link button it will open the page which was selected.

How to make the linkbutton open the selected file?
